BURKE STREET INC provides BURKEST services to users on a subscription basis. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and users will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription term, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or billed, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at support@burkest.com. All refund requests will be reviewed and handled at the sole discretion of BURKE STREET INC.
BURKE STREET INC reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new charges at any time. Any changes to pricing will apply to your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
If BURKE STREET INC suspends or terminates your access to BURKEST due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period.
BURKE STREET INC shall not be held liable to any user or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service, or for any refunds, except as expressly stated in these terms or as required by law.
