You may cancel your subscription to BURKEST at any time by providing notice to BURKE STREET INC through your account settings or by contacting us at support@burkest.com.
If you cancel your subscription, your access to our services will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription term unless otherwise stated.
If BURKE STREET INC terminates or suspends your access to BURKEST due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account may be deactivated and your associated data handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for exporting or saving any data you wish to retain before cancellation or termination.
BURKE STREET INC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BURKEST or any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription unless required by applicable law.
